Part of what made the day so special was the wonderful service and planning we received from you, Diane, and the Ethan Allen staff. The reception was exactly what Michelle and Andre had envisioned. Just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the baptism reception we held at your facility yesterday. Linda was terrific... very flexible and attentive and the waitstaff she was managing was excellent as well. The food was great... everyone commented on how good their meals were.

I just want to thank you again for going over and above the call of duty on Saturday. Although we had several last minute changes in tables, meals and guests, you and your staff handled everything graciously and professionally. I can't thank you enough for this, as I was worried about everything. I think the entire night was a great success. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner and your wait staff were very accommodating. Lisa helped me on numerous occasions throughout the night with last minute details. This event would not have been nearly as successful if it hadn't been for you and your staff.

I just wanted to express my thanks for how smoothly everything went for my DadÕs surprise 70th birthday party in the dining room at Ethan Allen Hotel. The room looked fantastic and our server, Irma, was phenomenal. Right from the very beginning she was friendly, outgoing, and above all, extremely helpful. Anything we needed she provided and with a smile on her face. I really appreciate the efforts everyone at the hotel made in order to make our day special. So thank you to all those involved.

I just wanted to quickly thank you for all the help in making this wedding and reception a success. Your staff was very helpful in keeping things running on time and smoothly. I especially want to mention Dana. She was extremely professional and kept the little things that sometime set us back, right on schedule without missing a beat.

Thanks for all your help in preparing for my son's bar mitzvah reception last Saturday. I'm glad we had the larger room and everyone had a wonderful time. The food was tasty and the servers were accommodating.
